Garanties Optrel e684 et 3M Speedglas 9100
Bonjour, petite info que je partage.
Le(un ?) responsable qualité d'Optrel Suisse m'écrit (ma demande concerne la garantie France du masque e684 s'il est acheté à l'étranger mais devrait s'appliquer aux autres masques de la marque, demander directement à Optrel pour en être sûr):
"The products does have a warranty given by the manufacturer (optrel). So we will handle the claims independent of where the products have been bought.
But please note: The warranty periode starts with the first date of sales to a user. So if anybody buy a optrel product from our distributor and sale the product then later on ebay - the warranty periods starts when the product has been bought from the distributor.
So in the case you need the an evidence, that the product is still within the warranty period. This cannot be given by the seller on the ebay."
Les coordonnées Optrel (pour vérifier pour ceux qui le souhaitent) sont :

Cette même demande a été faite pour les masques Speedglas 9100 de 3M et là, la garantie France n'est pas valable (réponse faite par téléphone).

1 - if there is a problem during warranty period, where should I send the product.
2 - The cost of the sending wil be in charge of me or will pe paid by Optrel ?
3 - If the sending is to Switzerland, will I have to pay additional cost for the frontier passing ?
Optrel répond :
To 1: As you did it, you can fill out the rma form on out website and we will let you know how to proceed.
To 2: costs for sending from customer to optrel or a service partner from optrel has to be paid from the user. The cost of sending back to the customer will be paid by optrel in the case of warranty. If no warranty the customer can decide if he want the product back (if he want it back he has to pay also the cost for sending back)
To 3: In Europe we have some service partner which handle the service for optrel. As example in Germany, UK, Czech Republic,,.... -> then there is no additional costs for the frontier passing.

"No, in France we do not have a servicepartner for the moment,"
... Bon, prévoir renvoi à l'étranger du colis.
